coffeeandregret: I have this pent up energy and excitement, and anxiety that I can’t explain and can’t seem to release no matter how much I go out and how many shows I go to. It’s this desire to live and enjoy, and almost “make up” for lost time and sadness. I don’t mean “get fucked up” or hook up with people or… Lol teenagers are so cute.

Two white boys hopped up on beer courage decided to test their limits on Jersey Transit. Best part was the janitor smoothly sliding out of there right before it popped off. WORLDSTAR!

Nat Turner: There are two ways to increase ROI →
I agree with Invite founder Nat Turner on the fundamental part of his argument that cost cutting can boost ROI as much as creating “value”.  My only concern with focusing on lower costs is that it ultimately (and literally) leads to a lowest common denominator mindset.   It’s definitely a mindset thing, there are no real right or wrong sides, but it can’t help but feel...

To adapt to their consumers’ behavior, Nike has shifted their marketing from top-down TV-focused mega media buys into digital efforts that allow for a social connection between their customers through Nike products.   As Nike CEO Mark Parker explains, “Connecting used to be, ‘Here’s some product, and here’s some advertising. We hope you like it. Connecting today is a...

iamamirhasan asked: Sweeping generalities are very dangerous. I don't think all black people are openly racist to Asians. When i was 10 years old a woman drove by me and my little sister and yelled "I hate niggers". I don't think she was a representative for all white people, so please don't assume Spike Lee or the woman at Penn Station are representatives for all blacks.

Jay Kang absolutely slays it with this piece on current sports sensation Jeremy Lin.  Lin’s taken over the large majority of sports and Asian-American (not mutually exclusive after all!) conversations the past few days.  It will be hard to grasp if you’re not yellow yourself, but Kang’s piece is a great place to start. The only part I don’t agree with is relating to Lin....
